How to Make It
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread out dough and cut each pie crust into two even rectangles, eight in total. Add one tablespoon fruit preserves to four rectangles. Cover each with a remaining rectangle. Crimp the edges with a fork and poke holes in the top to prevent the preserves from seeping out of the sides while baking. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool. In a medium bowl, gradually add the milk to the powdered sugar and mix until icing is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Carefully ice the cooled pastries and top with sprinkles as desired.
