- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1/2 cup diced English cucumber
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
- 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
- 1 ripe, firm avocado, diced
- 8 large, crisp romaine leaves
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped wasabi peas
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
