How to Make It
Combine carrot juice, orange juice, honey, anise seeds, and cinnamon stick in a sauce pan over medium-high; cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a 2 cup liquid measuring cup; discard solids. Cover and chill 45 minutes.
Whisk in vinegar, ginger, and cayenne until combined. Pour mixture into 4 shot glasses.
