How to Make It
Stir together almond milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and, if desired, pepper, in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Using a milk frother, whisk almond milk mixture until frothy. Place espresso in a glass, and top with almond milk mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.
