1/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
2 ounces 1/3 less-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup finely diced smoked salmon (about 2 oz)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 square wonton wrappers (such as Nasoya All Natural Won Ton Wraps)
1 1/2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning (such as Trader Joes Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend)
