Bubble Tea: You’ll want to use extra-wide straws to suck up the chewy, delicious tapioca pearls. Add honey to sweeten to your liking.

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 5 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup pearl tapioca (not granulated)
- 1 cup brewed black tea
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup ice, about 4 cubes
