A lower fat version of the classic thanksgiving casserole. Green beans in a rich mushroom gravy, topped with crispy coating.
- 1 16-oz Bag of Frozen Green Beans
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 8-oz Carton of Button Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Tabelspoon Smart Balance Light Butter
- 1/2 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 3 Tablespoons All Purpose Unbleached Flour
- 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 – 3/4 Cups of Rice Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Less Sodium Soy Sauce
