TIPS FOR MAKING THE GLUTEN-FREE NAAN BREAD!
THE GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR
I just use the gluten-free plain flour from Aldi! Yes, it is inexpensive and it is easy to make into the soft ball of dough for the gluten-free Naan bread.
The yoghurt is what gives it that smooth consistency and I find that the natural Greek Yoghurt works the best.
SERVE THEM HOT AND CRISPY!
The Gluten-Free Naan Bread really are delicious when they are served hot and crispy from the pan, smothered with melted butter and garlic, torn apart and topped with your favourite curries like Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala, ‘No Fuss’ Easy Mango Chicken Curry or Tomato Chicken Curry!
