- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

- 1 pound andouille sausage, chopped
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 garlic cloves)
- 1 pound peeled and deveined raw medium shrimp, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 12 ounces kettle-cooked potato chips (such as Lay’s Original Kettle Cooked Potato Chips)
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions (about 5 scallions)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced jalapeño chiles (about 2 chiles)
