Leftover Roast Pork Curry
Leftover Roast Pork Curry: A very simple curry that can be made from your Sunday roast leftovers, the pork can be changed for any meat you like.
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 11 oz boneless roast pork
- 1 tsp coriander leaf (dried)
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garam masala curry powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp corn flour
