The Parmesan Crusted Fish was wonderful! I had only Italian Panko bread crumbs so used that. I omitted the other spices but used the lemon, mayo, butter, onion and cheese. Although I made this as a quick weeknight dinner, it was nice enough for a dinner party! Thanks for sharing this recipe with your fans! 🙂 It will go in my permanent file!
The tastiest fish I have ever made! So delicious and very easy!
Great flavors and easy to put together! Will definitely make again!!
It was just too much Parmesan cheese. I had to take a lot a lot of it off after it was cooked. Was just a little overpowering for me. I will make it again but I will only put half of the cheese. My family liked it, but said the same thing. They do want me to make it again but just half the cheese.
Have to say that this recipe is definitely the best baked fish recipe I’ve ever tried. I added a touch of creole mustard and layered bottom of pan with one lemon sliced thin. Everyone that had tried this loved it. 👍👍
