- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sumac
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek-style yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
How to Make It
Place grated onion in a sieve over a large bowl for 30 minutes, pressing occasionally to squeeze out excess liquid. Discard liquid.
Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
